Simplicity seems to be Priyanka Chopra’s biggest strength - well, at least for this filmmaker. At a time when Rakesh Roshan was looking for the heroine of his ambitious project ‘Krrish’, he spotted former Miss World and actress Priyanka at Shri Yash Johar's funeral. Her simple appearance and sophisticated manners caught his attention like never before and he finally got her sign to act opposite his son Hrithik Roshan.
Priyanka was wearing a salwar-kameez and glasses when Rakesh spotted her and may be that’s what he was looking for in his heroine. Priyanka plays the role of a television reporter, who has immense love for Hrithik. This time, Hrithik is playing a quite different character similar to that of superman.
Veteran actress Rekha is playing the role of Hrithik’s grandmother in the film and actors like Manini De, Hemant Pande and Naseerudin Shah also play vital roles. Rajesh Roshan is composing the music of the film while Hollywood technicians Mark Kolbe and Craig Mumma are taking care of the special effects. ‘Krrish’ is expected to grace the silver screens in the month of June.
