Mphasis BFL Ltd, IT and BPO services provider, has entered into a strategic partnership with Integrien Corporation to globally sell and implement the latter's management solutions.
Mphasis would be one of Integrien's core development partners to sell and implement its management solution, 'Integrien Alive', the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday. With this partnership, Mphasis would form a 'centre of excellence' to use the management solution for solving business problems. Both the companies are already working on several financial services client opportunities, the company said. The company's shares were trading at Rs 205, up 2.07 per cent at the BSE.
